Order cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production begins, your order is automatically processed and scheduled with our production and shipping partners, and cancellation is no longer possible.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@culturhome.com. We will do our best to stop the order in time, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Damaged or incorrect items qualify for a free replacement

• We may request photos to verify the issue

• Replacement orders may be shipped with priority service

If you received an incorrect item and prefer a refund instead of a replacement, the item must be returned. We will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of mind (right of withdrawal)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and unmarked

• The item is returned in its original packaging

• The return is sent using tracked shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless faulty:

• Custom-made or made-to-order items

• Limited releases

• Mystery or surprise products

Refunds for purchases made with gift cards are issued as store credit.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
